Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Fynti ("Fynti", "we", "us") for your use of fynti.com and the Fynti app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Fynti for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the service. Give us accurate information, keep access to your email and Google account secure, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Workspaces and roles
A workspace is shared by its members. Owners and admins can invite and remove members, change roles and settings, and delete the workspace. The company or person who owns a workspace controls its content and who can access it.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you and your team put into the service. You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service for you, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for your content and for having the right to add it, including personal information about your contacts, and for complying with the laws that apply to it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or email people in ways the law doesn't allow;
- record people without the notice or consent the law requires;
- upload malware or try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems you're not allowed into;
- overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits or security;
- resell the service or use it to build a competing product without our written permission.
Connected services
The service can connect to services run by others, such as Google, Slack and meeting platforms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. When you connect one, you allow us to access and use its data as needed to provide the features you turn on. We aren't responsible for those services, and features that rely on them may change if they change.
Meeting recordings
When you send the notetaker to a call, it joins as a visible participant and records and transcribes the meeting. Recording laws differ between countries and states, and some require everyone's consent. You're responsible for telling participants and getting any consent the law requires before recording.
AI features
AI features produce summaries, suggestions and answers from your content. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review AI output before relying on it or acting on it; you remain responsible for decisions you make and content you send.
Beta and fees
Fynti is free while it's in beta. Beta features may change, be limited or be removed. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you at least 30 days before any charge applies to you, and you can choose whether to continue.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you rely on, we'll try to give you notice.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time, and owners can delete their workspace. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or to protect the service or other users; where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
Sections that by their nature should continue after the end of this agreement, including those on your content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law, will continue.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim and INR 10,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Indemnity
If you use the service for a company, the company will defend and indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from its content, its use of the service in breach of these terms or the law, or its recording of meetings or sending of email without the required consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by writing to each other.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
