Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
This policy explains what information Fynti ("Fynti", "we", "us") collects when you use fynti.com and the Fynti app, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to support@fynti.com.
Who we are
Fynti is a CRM: a shared workspace where a team keeps its companies, people and deals, works on tasks and notes, and connects tools such as Slack and a meeting notetaker. Fynti operates the service and is responsible for the personal information described here.
When a company uses Fynti, the information its team puts into its workspace belongs to that company. For that content we act on the company's behalf, and the company decides what goes in and who can see it.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address and, if you add one or sign in with Google, a profile photo. We don't use passwords; you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or with Google.
Workspace content: the records, fields, notes, tasks, comments, projects, lists, files and other content you and your teammates create or import, and a history of changes to them.
Information from connected services, only when a member connects them:
- Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo.
- Slack: your Slack workspace's name and identifiers, the messages that mention or are sent to the Fynti app, and the Slack users' names and email addresses needed to match them to workspace members.
- Meeting notetaker: when a member sends the notetaker to a call, the recording, transcript, participants' names and email addresses as the meeting platform shows them, and the summary we produce.
Usage and device information: pages and features used, actions taken, the browser and device type, and IP addresses, which we use to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Cookies: we use cookies that keep you signed in and protect against misuse. We remember your theme choice in your browser. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use information
- To provide the service: store and show your workspace, sync connected tools, send the emails and notifications you ask for, and produce summaries and answers when you use AI features.
- To keep it safe: authenticate you, detect and prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents, and enforce our terms.
- To support you and improve the service: answer your requests, fix bugs, and understand which features are used, in aggregate.
- To communicate with you: send sign-in codes, invitations, notifications you've turned on, and important notices about your account or these policies.
- To meet legal obligations: keep records the law requires and respond to lawful requests.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your workspace content to show you advertising.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, Fynti receives your name, email address and profile photo from Google. We use them only to sign you in and to show who you are to your teammates, and we don't ask Google for access to your email, calendar or files.
Fynti's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI features
Some features use AI models from Anthropic (Claude) to write meeting summaries, summarize records, answer questions in Ask Fynti and respond in Slack. When you use them, we send the relevant workspace content to the model provider to produce the result.
Our provider processes this content to return the result and doesn't use it to train its models. AI output can be wrong, so please review it before relying on it. AI features suggest; a member confirms changes made in the app.
Where information is stored
We and our providers may store and process information in India, the United States and other countries where they operate. Wherever it's processed, we protect it as this policy describes.
How long we keep information
We keep account information and workspace content for as long as your account or workspace is active. Records deleted in the app stay in the workspace's trash for 30 days so they can be restored, then they're permanently removed.
Recordings and transcripts are kept until the meeting is deleted. Technical logs and security records are kept for a limited period, then deleted or anonymized.
When a workspace or account is deleted, we delete its content within a reasonable time, except where we must keep some of it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. To ask for deletion, write to support@fynti.com.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, encrypted storage of the access tokens for connected services, access controls by workspace and role, and rate limits against abuse. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will tell you about a breach that affects you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can update your name and photo in your profile, export a workspace's records as CSV, disconnect connected services at any time, and leave a workspace.
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, or to raise a grievance, write to support@fynti.com. If your information is part of a company's workspace, we may refer your request to that company.
Children
Fynti is a tool for work and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
